My Goal

Well ONE of my goals is to eventually wake up early in the morning and take a long walk. I think that would make an excellent start to the day.

Breakfast too. I want to make sure to eat a good breakfast every morning.

I have a friend, Sabrina, who ALWAYS makes time for breakfast. I mean ALWAYS. I stayed with her once and I was so impressed by the way she found time to eat a small healthy breakfast even though she was in a hurry. She is very fit and active.

I am certain that I will have a lot more energy once I get my diet and exercise on track.
