The time just keeps flying by. In the past few weeks I managed to lose a couple lbs and have kept them off. I've been on a few walks - 1-2.5 miles each. Trying to walk more frequently but I've been having pain in my back, legs, and knees. It is very frustrating. I've been exhausted too. It is hard to go walking when I am so sore and tired. I'm going to the doctor to see what I can do to eliminate the pain and exhaustion so I don't lose any more momentum.
My husband thinks the pain is probably due to my weight. I know my weight is a big factor, I just don't know why I'm having this pain now. I've been at my approximate weight for awhile now.
Anyway, I am going to keep watching what I eat. I've had a couple off days but I am making a big effort to make smarter choices when it comes to meals and snacks.
I'm going back to school soon. Even more reason to get into a good routine. I really want to have a fun, stress-free (haha), motivating year. I've got a lot of exciting things in the works.
I need to get in shape and STAY in shape.
