New Beginnings

I just went on a two week vacation to visit family. I've come back fully motivated to change my lifestyle. I'm not happy with my current weight and size. Buying new clothes that fit will no longer be an option. I need to LOSE this weight so I can fit into the clothes I already have.

I'm going to start walking again and I want to eventually begin the couch to 5k program. I'm worried about running because of my Exercise-Induced Asthma. I can sometimes barely do a brisk walk without having asthma trouble.

My total weight loss goal is 77 lbs. I am not sure what a realistic short term goal would be. 10 lbs in 3 weeks? I'm just not sure.

Anyway, I will be walking more frequently and for a longer (time and distance) duration each walk. My gym and the Wii Fit will be used more often as well. I'll be counting my calories on My Fitness Pal, tracking my walks on Runkeeper, and continuing to blog about this journey along the way.
