Moving Forward

Exercise has never been a hobby of mine and I've become rather comfortable as a couch potato. I too often eat easy-to-prepare processed foods instead of taking the time to create healthier clean meals.

Thankfully, I have realized the vicious circle I have created. My lack of exercise and balanced diet have caused me to be sluggish, always lacking energy.

So I am moving forward and starting a new regimen. I will get off the couch and start moving. I will get into the kitchen and prepare healthy balanced meals. I will break the vicious cycle of inactivity and I will create a better, healthier, happier me.

I'll be tracking my daily/weekly activities and weight along with my daily/weekly meal plans.
